The latest updated features displayed by Safari 8 is now become the most noticeable change in app. If you want to view your bookmarked, just click in the address bar to see your saved bookmarked or even you can set new favorites by dragging down the URL from address bar or via Share button. Also, you can use the Favorites view as your new tab.
Specific Site Search
If you have previously visit a site via search box on its home page, Safari will add this page into its list of searchable websites, this new feature is said to be Quick Website Search. Just type the site name like, “knockinn” and you’ll see a new option feature under the address bar to run the query using search bar feature built into the site itself.
Choose Search Options
Safari add a list of your favorite searchable sites but if you want to remove it from browser, you can simply click on Safari menu then click Preferences from Spotlight and select desired search engine to remove and choose new one.
Bring full site URL
By default, Safari 8 hides full URL of your visited site. If you want to view the full address, click on either inside the address bar or from head of Safari-> Preferences > Advanced and check the box marked show full address that displays next to the smart Search Field heading.
Adjust sharing options
OS X Yosemite provides a facility to share with friends whether on desktop or mobile version of Safari. From the share button, choose More and pick options show up and in which order, also same share menu is used in other OS X Yosemite.
Privately Browsing
If you want to keep secret your plans then fortunately Safari 8 provides an enhanced privately browsing feature. Click File-> New Private Window. The address bar will let you know about in which mode you’re.
Sign Up to RSS feeds
You can use Share button to sign up to RSS feed of any reliable site-select Add website to Shared Links and then Add for confirmation. If you want to change the included sites, click on Subscriptions button.
